Offering leg burning
climbs and hair-raising down hills through scenic mountain
and bushveld country side, the FedGroup Berg & Bush which
comprises of two events, the “Descent” which takes place on
the 28th, 29th and 30th of
October 2011, and the 2 day event, which takes place on the
5th and 6th of November, 2011,
promises to be a challenging and enjoyable adventure. Riders
travel through privately owned game farms which boast
mountain and bushveld countryside. Created by Winterton
based mountain biker and farmer, Gary Green, the race is
held under the auspices of the Estcourt Mountain Bike Club.
Cycling through historic pilgrimage such as the Spioenkop
Battlefield, riders are guaranteed a historic and scenic
adventure set against a backdrop of breathtaking views. Take
