Is uncapped capped or uncapped?

Internet service providers (ISPs) continue to deceive unsuspecting ADSL customers with their multimillion-rand advertising budgets. They continue to disconnect uncapped customers when it seems that they are abusing the network.According to OpenWeb CEO, Keoma Wright, they cannot get the simple term of “uncapped” ADSL right. “Uncapped actually means unlimited, it doesn't mean we will sell you an 'eat as much as you like buffet', but when you feel like having a second helping, we slap you on the wrist and remind you that everyone needs their share and if you keep on eating, we simply kick you out.“I have coined it the disconnected culture; they actually disconnect what they perceive as 'greedy' clients from their networks and conveniently claim that clients are abusing their terms of service.”
