MTN launches new Internet bundles on the go
MTN South Africa has announced the availability of new bite-sized Internet bundles, designed to give its customers quick access to the Internet for three months.
"MTN is very excited about these new on-the-go bundles, as we are continuously innovating and finding new ways of providing our data customers with innovative offers that allow them to get the full benefit of the new digital world," says Larry Annetts, Chief Marketing Officer, MTN South Africa.
The first offering is the Rush Hour Internet bundle add-on. Customers have the option of either spending R1 for 10MB or R3 for 50MB, valid for one hour. This is ideal for customers who need to quickly post social network updates, and to view short videos without needing a full-day package. Customers can purchase a Rush Hour Internet bundle by dialling *141*2*443#.
Secondly, MTN has introduced three One-Day Internet bundles that will expire on the same day of activation. The bundles are available for purchase at R2 for 20MB, R5 for 50MB and R10 for 100MB. These bundles provides a full day of Internet access at world-class Internet speeds. Customers can purchase any of the MTN Daily Internet bundles by dialling *141*2*133#.
The third offering being launched today is a reduction of the MTN 1 Day Uncapped Internet bundle rate. This sees the price reduction of uncapped data (based on a fair use policy of 150MB) discounted from R50 to R30. Customers can purchase the 1 Day Uncapped Internet bundle by dialling *141*2#.
"These Internet bundles reflect the importance that the connected world is playing on all aspects of our lives. By giving our customers the options to choose the data bundle best suited to their unique requirements, MTN is focused on having flexible and easy-to-use offerings," concludes Annetts.
