MTN unveils its new advertising campaign
This Sunday, MTN unveiled a new brand advertisement. The ad reasserts MTN's commitment to connect communities and lead the delivery of a bold, new digital world with the pay offline: No matter where we are, we can always be together.
The new brand campaign is anchored on television commercial featuring a Motown classic that goes viral at a busy airport via Skype, takes on a nostalgic twist, while reiterating MTN's pledge to seamlessly connect its customers and cater to the needs of the digital age.
"I am excited about this brand campaign as I believe that it is impactful and eloquently communicates our mandate of providing connectivity while we retain the fun element. We have developed an exciting brand campaign that will rejuvenate the brand and remind our customers about the MTN brand attributes which are - inspirational, vibrant, youthful and aspirational," says Larry Annetts, Chief Consumer Officer: MTN South Africa.
The television commercial was broadcast for the first time on Sunday 13th November 2016 on SABC and free-to-air and pay television stations. The television commercial can also be viewed on YouTube via this link:
