MTN Business has announced the availability of the Motorola ES400 Enterprise Digital Assistant (EDA) that helps business users increase productivity and reduce costs.

“MTN is proud to be the first operator in South Africa to offer its corporate customers a new class of enterprise mobile device. This is yet another progressive step for MTN in which we enhance the way our customers use mobile technology,” says Nomalanga Nkosi, General Manager, Business at MTN SA.

The EDA is the first Motorola mobile computer supplied as part of an MTN AnyTime airtime package, which gives customers access to a versatile device that meets the needs of the expanding enterprise.

“The new ES400 EDA combines mobility, communications and task functionality without compromising performance or design. It offers essential mobile workforces the ability to take action and capture information with a single click,” she adds.

The device is perfectly suited to the enterprise market, specifically for managers and workers across multiple segments who will benefit from the ES400's combination of mobile computing technologies in a compact and lightweight form-factor.

As an integrated voice and data device, with scan-enabled mobile computing capability, the ES400 unleashes the full potential of mobile professionals in field services and sales, retail, healthcare, and small and medium businesses, by empowering them with the information they need to transform their operations, increase profitability and complete their jobs anywhere, anytime.
