NHBRC puts COVID-19 measures at its customer service branches

The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) has taken several precautionary measures at all of its customer care offices in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

To this end, acting Chief Executive Officer, Otsile Maseng, said the organisation taken several measures to limit walk-ins and office visits at all its customer service centres country-wide.

"Services such as registrations, renewals, enrolments and collections of certificates will be done via our new e-mailing list in alignment with the social distancing initiative recommended by the Department of Health," said Maseng.

NHBRC clients are encouraged to access its services via the new e-mailing list as per the following contact addresses:

Home builders and housing consumers may still bring their documents to any of the organisation's offices as operations at NHBRC customer care offices will continue as normal. Each of the offices has established a COVID-19 Task Team to ensure the continued safety of its employees and customers and all visiting the offices are requested to co-operate with these measure put in place.
