What makes you a trailblazer? A leader? Someone who inspires? The IIE Rosebank College new trailblazers feature aims to identify these.

IIE Rosebank College students are not only creating a new way through undiscovered territory, but are positively impacting their communities and country.

First up is Hugo Phungwayo, IIE Diploma in Public Relations student, who shares his story about his recent trip to South Africa's Parliament after winning the Department of International Relations and Co-Operation (DIRCO) Budget Vote Article Writing Competition 2018.

Phungwayo is also a library student volunteer, part of the debate club and was part of the Student Council Subcommittee last year.
