MTN launches MTN Pulse - Pay 29c/min when you call your MTN Pulse community

MTN has launched MTN Pulse, an exciting prepaid price plan aimed at the youth market, that enables customers who are subscribed on the plan to call each other at 29 cents a minute.

The first 60 seconds of the first call of the day is charged at 79c/min, thereafter a 29c/min rate applies for the rest of the day for all MTN Pulse to MTN Pulse calls.

Larry Annetts, Chief Marketing Officer: MTN South Africa, says MTN Pulse is tailored for the customer on the lookout for value.

"MTN Pulse is a culmination of insight gathering we had undertaken into our youth market, we know they demand customised products and solutions that they can identify with," says Annetts.

Non MTN Pulse local calls on-net (MTN) will be charged at 79c/min. Off-net calls are charged at R1.20. Any prepaid customer can join the Pulse community by simply dialing *141*4*6#.
