Three new NHBRC offices experience connectivity issues
The new National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) customer care offices located in Tshwane, Witbank, Bloemfontein and Kimberley currently do not have access to telephones and Internet (e-mails) following their move to these office locations as of 1 November 2018.
This has resulted in customers in the four regions experiencing delays in accessing some of NHBRC's services, such as registrations, renewals, enrolments, complaints, etc.
NHBRC wishes to extend its apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused and encourage home consumers/builders, contractors and developers to direct any enquiries as per below:

Housing consumers who wish to build or buy a new home are also advised to verify beforehand with the NHBRC as to the status of their builder, on either the toll free number (0800) 200 824 or on the Web site: www.nhbrc.org.za whether or not such a company or person is a registered home builder.
