Yesterday, the North-West University's solar car team reached the halfway mark of the Sasol Solar Challenge in Graaff Reinet. It has already covered 1999.5km, and is on its way to Port Elizabeth today. The team is still in fourth place, with the Netherlands, Japan and Hungary in the first three places.

Sunny weather was forecasted for today, so the Sirius X25 should be able to cover another good couple of kilometres.
