MBDA customer satisfaction survey

In an ongoing effort to improve the quality of the services provided by the Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA), the MBDA would like to gain your perspectives and feedback on its dealings with you and your organisation.

To assist them in this process, the MBDA has appointed Urban-Econ Development Economists to undertake a perception survey of your most recent experience with the MBDA. The survey, which you can find on the MBDA’s survey portal (https://www.mbdaengage.co.za/mbda-stakeholder-satisfaction-survey/), should take no more than six minutes to complete, and will help the MBDA greatly in evaluating its future service provision.

Please note, all answers are confidential and anonymous. Also, please note that the Web site is zero-rated and, as such, it will not consume your data.
